Summary
A mahogany basin stand or shaving stand, English, circa 1760. Raised on three slender turned supports from a pedestal base united by a triangular drawer frame(drawer missing) and with a moulded frame for the basin (missing).
Provenance
Gifted to the National Trust by Field Marshal Sir Archibald and Lady Montgomery Massingberd in 1944.
