Summary
A mahogany three-tier basin stand or shaving stand, English, circa 1760. With a circular moulded receptacle designed for a bowl on shaped supports, having a triangular shelf with drawer mid-way, raised on elongated turned columns joined by a circular undertier and with downswept legs and pad feet.

Purchased by the National Trust from The Estate of Lord Cawley in 2001.
