Summary
Blue cloth covered hard backed photograph album with grey end papers with a flower pattern inside front and back covers. A white label in the centre of the front cover has 'VOL. III' written in black ink. There is also the Roman numeral 'III' marked at the top of the album spine. The album was compiled by Costanza Hulton (1863-1939, née Mazini), the mother of Edith Teresa Hulton, later Lady Berwick (1890-1972). The album contains 53 pages that hold 227 monochrome photos of Teresa Hulton and her family and friends, taken between 1906 and 1919 and pasted in. Handwritten descriptions by Costanza are provided below the photographs, providing information on dates, locations and subjects etc. After her mother’s death Lady Berwick preserved the album at Attingham Park.
