Summary
One of two small medals by Spink and Son Ltd. hung on a silk ribbon and sewn to a silver pin bar. The Allied Victory Medal is of bronze lacquered copper cast with a winged classical female holding a torch. The medal is stored with the second medal showing George V in profile in a square leather box. Circa 1919.
Provenance
Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
