Summary
Gold coloured metal enamel badge, an eagle with wings out-stretched on globe. Blue border printed with 'AIR LEAGUE OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE' and the motto 'IN COELO IMPERIUM'. Manufactured by Fattorini and Sons Ltd., Bradford Works, Birmingham circa 1940.

Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
