Summary
Yellow lampas brocade chasuble. Yellow silk warps; pale blue and ivory silk wefts; warp faced satin ground, weft faced motifs. and interlining of paper. Hand sewn, front in five sections. Braided, neck round over shoulders then straight at front, curved edge at bottom front. Reverse divided in four sections by braid from top triangle and three vertical panels. Whole interlined,bordered with trim a). 18th century. Made in Italy or France.
