Summary
Part of a set of three items of doll's clothing. A yellow doll's jacket. Yellow slub silk plain weave. a) Black cotton machine lace with raised cord; b) yellow cotton machine embroidered organdie, with scattered leaf and scalloped edge. White cotton plain weave. High round neck, yoke, long sleeves. Bodice gathered to yoke. Yoke and sleeve bands trimmed. Front opening, hook and eye at neck. Hand sewn. Possibly made in Italy towards end of 19th century,
