Summary
Part of a three piece set of Shropshire Yeomanry uniform: peaked cap. a) Brown leather strap with two buttons 13 mm diam; b) Shropshire Yeomanry badge; c) four eyelets. a) Deep cream silk twill weave ridge; b) deep cream cotton twill weave ridge. Made for 8th Lord Berwick, who served as a Captain of the Shropshire Yeomanry, by George B. Winter and Son, of London, circa 1914.
