Summary
Blue moreen fragment. Pale blue (duck egg blue) worsted plain weave with moire finish. Undyed linen tape. Two sides parallel, one shorter than the other, either part of pelmet or upholstery (?). Tape one side, hemmed two sides, frayed fourth side. English manufacture circa 1800.
