Summary
One of five green worsted lining fragments. Green worsted plain weave a) Cut on four sides, one hand sewn seam with selvages, cut threads; b) cut on three sides, one selvage, cut threads; c) cut, frayed on four sides, cut threads; d) cut on four sides, cut sewing threads from heading one end and down one side; e) one selvage, cut on three sides, cut machine sewing threads. English manufacture circa 1800.
