Summary
A set of five curved octagonal silver wine labels with reeded border and engraved with 'RUM', 'GIN', 'BRANDY', 'SHERRY' or 'PORT' . Plain belcher chain attached from rings. Makers' marks for Peter Bateman and Ann Bateman, 1793.

Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
