Summary
Miniature, enamel, Mary Magdalen (after Francesco Albani), Italian School, 19th century. Half-length, turned to the left, head turned up to right and gazing upwards with hands clasped on a vase (?). Wearing blue velvet wrap. In a maroon shagreen covered case with red velvet lining.
Provenance
Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
