Summary
Longcase clock by Jason Cox of London, circa 1748, in walnut veneered case, dome top hood, arched trunk door, on bracket feet. Break arch dial, maker's name plate, mask and scroll spandrels. Seconds dial, square calendar aperture in matted centre and silver chapter ring. Inscribed on name plate: Jason Cox Long Acre LONDON.
