Summary
Large Regency overmantel with a giltwood frame to a rectangular glass. Plain frieze and fluted column uprights surmounted by circular capitals decorated with giltwood balls. Frieze picked out with pink, or else the frame is worn through to the gesso base. Two iron hanging brackets. English manufacture circa 1820.
