Summary
Pen and ink drawing, circa 1700. A large warrant, hand-written in black ink with wide grotesque border of scrolling acanthus leaves, birds, dragons and half male figures, incorporating the portraits of King William and Queen Mary. Lines drawn in red ink. Glazed, plain cream mount, narrow ebonised frame.

Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
