Pen and blue and grey wash ink drawn design for Tern Hall, classical portico to front and large wing to the left. Figures on horseback and trees in foreground. Details picked out in watercolour. Cream mount, glazed, black laquered frame, gilt borders. Formerly ATT/P/149.
