Summary
Octagonal baluster shaped vase or toothbrush holder with flared neck and transfer printed in underglaze blue with 'Kelvin' pattern. Stylised floral scrolls with foliage wreaths in dark blue. Manufactured by G.L. Ashworth & Bros. Ltd. of Hanley, circa 1880.
