Summary
Small oval dish with flared sides and flat base. Transfer printed in underglaze blue with trees and a cow lying down beside a figure seated in a cave to the right. Border of floral sprays against stippled ground. Manufactured by Herculaneum Pottery, Liverpool, between 1825 and 1840. Impressed with a Liver bird and STONE CHINA (transfer printed in blue with ribbon)
