Summary
Oval dish with flared sides and moulded scroll side handles. Transfer printed decoration in blue with 'Italian' pattern. Two figures in the foreground in front of Italianate ruins. Scrolling floral borders. Manufactured by W.T. Copeland & Sons circa 1920.
