Summary
Circular dished tea plate with scalloped edge and moulded gadrooned border. Transfer printed in underglaze blue with 'Windsor Festoon' pattern. Floral bouquet and butterflies to centre field, scroll and floral border. Manufactured by J. and W. Ridgway of Hanley, Staffordshire between 1814 and 1830.
