Summary
A woman's clutch-style evening bag, made by Laura Alexander Lenox-Conyngham. The bag is made from beige canvas which is embroidered Ecole Martine style in silk filoselle threads in a multicoloured floral pattern on the front flap. Also embroidered on the base of the bag centre front the initials, "L.A", (Laura Alexander (Lenox-Conyngham), along with the date "1933" hidden under the front flap. It is fully lined in pink silk and has a single press stud fastening centre front.
