Summary
A woman's wedding dress made from cream cotton sateen. The long-sleeved dress has cream cotton lace in a floral pattern as an overlay on the bodice and sleeves, with matching lace and applique lace trim on the cuffs and a wired, shaped lace collar. It has a V-shaped neckline and an integral pleated belt, both decorated with a line of French knot embroidery. The skirt is trimmed with two lace panels left and right hand sides, and there is an integral train attached to the bodice back in cotton sateen with French knot embroidery, fully lined in cream silk taffeta, with a matching line of embroidery on the hem. Both the skirt and bodice are unlined, fastening centre front with eight hooks and eyelets, intact.
