Summary
A woman's bed jacket made from cream silk. The jacket has a wide shawl collar with cream cotton lace insertion and edging and vertical pintucks. The wide three quarter length sleeves and both jacket front and back are similarly decorated with lace insertion, lace edging and pintucks. The jacket is unlined and fastens with one hook and eye, missing, and two small mother-of-pearl buttons centre front for fastening, intact.
