Summary
A woman's skirt, part of a dress, made from slate grey grosgrain silk. The skirt is trimmed on the hem with two grosgrain ruffles and is tightly gathered centre back to form a small train, otherwise undecorated. It is gathered onto a cotton webbing tape waistband, is fully lined in pale blue cotton and fastens centre back with four hooks & eyes, intact.
