Summary
A woman's overblouse made from white cotton voile. The long-sleeved blouse is decorated with a band of white cotton lace trim on the hem and cuffs and a line of faggotting stitch mid-sleeve and is otherwise undecorated. Internally, the blouse is unlined and collarless, with a notched neckline which originally fastened with three hooks, all missing. Each cuff fastens with three further hooks, intact. There are two integral stitched slits at waist level, originally for a belt, lost historically.
