Summary
A baby's bonnet made from cream cashmere twill. The padded crown is decorated with cream silk thread embroidery in a pattern of leaves and branches, with cream silk satin bows. The nape is trimmed with a deep frill of cream cotton lace. The bonnet brim is wired, with a frill of cashmere edged with cream silk cord and cockades of lace, silk ribbon, silk cord and cream silk pips, with a short fringe around the face. It is fully lined in cream silk and has two long cream silk taffeta ties, intact.
