Summary

A woman's skirt, part of a dress, made from white silk taffeta with a vertical turquoise silk satin stripe. The skirt in unlined, with the hem faced with fine cream wool and cream cotton lace. It has a cotton tape waistband, with seven hooks and eyelets for fastening centre back, intact.
