Summary
A baby's dress, part of a set, made from white cotton lawn. The half-sleeve dress is trimmed with white cotton lace on the cuffs and neckline, with broderie anglaise embroidery and lace insertion on the bib in vertical stripes and a line of pintucking on the lower hem. The dress is unlined and fastens centre back with two small self-covered buttons, one missing. A maker's label attached to an inner seam reads, "Happy Days Regd. Made in England".
