Summary
A woman's camisole made from white cotton cambric. The camisole is decorated with a combination of broderie anglaise and white cotton tatted lace around the capped sleeves and neckline and there are lines of pintucking from bib to hem. Internally, the camisole is unlined and fastens with four fabric covered metal buttons, centre front, and has a cotton tape drawstring around both the waist and neckline for adjustment, all intact. Inside the lining is written "Brett Collection" in black ink and there is also a manufacturers label inside the front seam which reads "Robinson & Cleaver Ltd. Belfast and London".
