Summary
A woman's boot from a pair of boots, made from white doeskin. The calf-length boot buttons to the side, with thirteen buttons made from metal with a white glass top, intact. There is a line of pierced decoration on the toecap and the boot is otherwise undecorated. It has a low wooden heel and leather sole, with a white kid lining and upper cuff. A maker's stamp on the inner cuff of the boot reads, "Fortnum & Mason Ltd, Piccadilly, W1".
