Summary
A woman's chemisette made from white cotton gauze. The chemisette is decorated on the collar with white cotton tatted lace, with a further three tatted lace insertions and pintucking on the bib centre front from neckline to hem, otherwise undecorated. Internally, the chemisette is unlined and fastens with three mother-of-pearl buttons on the neckline centre back and two cotton tapes at the waist, all intact.
