Summary
A woman's hostess apron, made from white cotton gauze. The apron is decorated on the border and around the triangular patch pockets with an edging of Bedfordshire Maltese lace in white cotton and with two white silk taffeta bows on each pocket. The apron is unlined and fastens with two white silk taffeta ties. Handwritten onto the inner face of the waistband in blue ink, "McDonald-Tyler".
