Summary
A woman's petticoat made from white cotton. The floor-length petticoat has a deep border from knee to hem which is decorated with pintucking and crochet cotton lace, and is otherwise undecorated. Internally, the petticoat is unlined and fastens with four fabric covered cellulose buttons centre back, intact. Handwritten inside the fastening seam in red ink is "Marie Adams. On Loan". There is also a laundry label inside the waistband which reads "66328".
