Summary

A woman's bustle petticoat made from white cotton cambric. The petticoat is trimmed around the shaped hem with a band of white cotton lace, with cotton tape drawstrings on the sides and back. It is unlined and fastens on the right hand side with two brass hooks & eyes, intact.
