Summary
A woman's bodice, part of an ensemble, made from black grosgrain silk. The bodice is decorated on the stand collar, neckline, front facings and cuffs with black silk lace in a floral motif, with further pleated cream silk mousseline on the collar and is otherwise undecorated. It is fully lined in beige cotton twill, with eight boning strips and seventeen hooks & eyes centre front for fastening, intact.
