Summary
Woman’s cloak. Black silk grosgrain cloak with hood trimmed with pleated black crepe around neck and hood. Decorative black grosgrain ribbon bow at CF neck. Each arm vent is trimmed with bands of grosgrain and two black crepe-covered buttons. Fastens CF with five metal hooks, two metal eyes and three stitched eyes. Lined with black cotton with a brown cotton tape hanging loop at the neck. Evidence of line of stitching running around the cape, approximately 30cm above the hem.
