Summary
Woman’s jacket. V-necked long-sleeved matinee jacket of black silk machine-made Nottingham lace, trimmed at the neck and cuffs with machine-embroidered net. Neck further trimmed with black velvet ribbon that runs around neck opening and falls free down front of jacket. Ends of the ribbon are trimmed with black jet beaded tassels. V-neck is filled with a mock-chemisette of cream silk crepe, trimmed with bands of black lace, fastening with a metal press-stud on proper right side and CF. Hem trimmed with black jet beaded fringe. Jacket half-lined and sleeves fully lined with black plain weave silk
