Summary

A woman's petticoat made from pale green shot silk taffeta. The unlined petticoat is decorated on the hem with a deep cotton lace flounce in a spotted design and has a channel set figured cream silk ribbon on the waistband for adjustment. It fastens centre back with two metal press studs and has a concealed pocket on the left hand side at knee height.
