Summary
A girl's dress bodice, part of an ensemble, made from pale blue silk taffeta. The three quarter length sleeved bodice has an accordion pleated cuff trimmed with a matching silk taffeta band and bow and white cotton lace in a floral pattern, It has a V-shaped neckline, trimmed with a double frill of matching white cotton lace. It is fully lined in white glazed cotton and has two internal gauze-covered pads on the left and right hand sides. The bodice fastens with seven self-covered buttons centre front, intact and three small self-covered buttons on the outer face centre back for attaching the skirt, also intact.
