Summary
A woman's skirt, part of a suit, made from lavender chine silk taffeta. The skirt is decorated with a design of interlocking rings in an abstract pattern and is otherwise undecorated. It is pleated and gathered onto a waistband which is faced with cotton tape, with an integral pocket on the right hand side. The skirt is lined around the hem with stiffened scrim, which is bound with a black velvet ribbon. It fastens on the proper left hand side with three hooks and eyes, intact.
