Summary
A woman's petticoat made from white cotton. The floor-length petticoat has a deep border from knee to hem, decorated with bands of pintucking and cotton tatted lace. It is unlined and fastens with a cotton gathering string around the waist, intact. Written inside the waistband are both "1887" and "Marr".
