Summary
One of a pair of Limoges candlesticks in sixteenth century style, enamelled on copper, the black ground decorated in white with scrolls and fleur de lys and with gilding including monogram of Henry II of France with Catherine de Medicis, or Diane de Poitiers. Square nozzles and bases. Sixteenth century.
