Summary
A Jansenist crucifix on a stand. Carved wooden figure of Christ crucified flanked by pearwood figures of Mary and John the Evangelist (holding Book). Ebonised cross and baroque base with panels veneered with red tortoiseshell and carved with ripple mouldings. Bun feet. Christ finely carved, the other two figures by a different hand.
