Summary
One of a pair of tureens with domed covers, of quatrefoil section, one cover with a flower finial, the other with a strawberry finial, both having gilt rims; painted with European flowers (deutsche blumen). Marked with crossed swords in blue underglaze. Used for flavoured creams or fine sugar. This is a tureen.
