Summary
Vase or jar (missing covers) one of a pair, porcelain, of baluster shape, made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, China, 1715-1725; decorated in underglaze cobalt blue, painted with vases with flowers from the Hundred Antiquities (Baogu) and scattered ribboned Eight Precious Emblems (Babao), pearls, lozenges and books, within double line bands at the neck and foot and a single hatched band at the shoulder.
