Summary
An oval earthenware dish with raised C-scrolls and foliage on surface of outset handles either end, decorated with transfer-printed green pattern of palmettes and acanthus leaves united by floral swags. Transfer-printed mark on underside 'Semi- Porcelain Carlton F. Winkle and Co England' Hanley, Staffordshire. Paper stickers read - Stoke 1891-1931 - Cushion, Q/AB 4836 1890-1931
