A three-quarter length portrait, of a young man, seated facing, head turned and gazing to right, holding a fishing rod in his right hand and his hat, which rests on his knee in the left hand, short brown hair, weating a gaberdine coat over a pullover, white shirt and pink tie. Distant landscape view at bottom, expansive blue sky with clouds.
