A head and shoulders portrait of the Christ Child, facing the spectator, with long hair and halo. He is wearing a blue robe over his shoulder and a red tunic. Dark background. Framed in a heavy ornate, giltwood frame. Hanging from chains from the picture rail Bought by George Lucy in 1824 as Carlo Dolce from Emerson for £150;
