One of a set of six engraved views of places in vicinity of Quebec, from drawings on the spot by Captain Sir Hervey Smythe (1731-1811), aide de camp to General Wolfe. Published in 1760. 'A View of Gaspe Bay in the Gulf of St. Lawrence.' (D/12b, c, d, e and f are the others in the set. PR/18g is the title page.)
