Summary
Walnut-framed cheval fire-screen, carved overall with rococo motifs, cresting with foliage centred by masks. Either side mounted with panels of applique with coloured beads in flower and foliage design, Italian C17. In F/260 frame, glazed.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966) with the house and the rest of the contents.
